Theodora Landgren
Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of A2Z Global Inc, Ms. Landgren is an industry expert who has been a pioneer in the localization and translation industry since 1982. Ms. Landgren also founded BTS, an international company established originally as a translation service company for high volume technical translations serving large multinational companies, later growing the company to include educational, publishing, language tools development, and internet services.
The company was subsequently brought to IPO in the US market. As a foundational member of the industry, Ms. Landgren has served as a board member for both national and international associations and businesses. Moreover, she is an active subject matter guest speaker at many worldwide conferences on internationalization. Ms. Landgren has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the United States for over 30 years and has a background in computer programming and linguistics.

"Holly" comes to A2Z Global with extensive accounting and administrative skills. She has a BS in Accounting from CUNY, Queens College.
Holly enjoys cooking, crafting, music and donating her time in various local community efforts along with making a difference.

Born and raised in Italy, “Val” is a Rowan Graduate who speaks 4 languages. She’s a mom and loves to spend most of her free time with her daughter. Her love for languages started at a very young age when with her first computer she would translate Italian to English. After working on a few different fields she took the opportunity to work at A2Z Global which allows her to follow her dreams of communicating in different languages and to be exposed to different cultures.
Yoshito Katayama
Senior Localization Engineer
Yoshito joined A2Z in 2001 as a Senior Localization Engineer. His technical expertise with software and programming has kept A2Z on the cutting edge. At A2Z, Yoshito is responsible for managing translation data, preparation, and delivery, as well as serving as technical advisor for project managers.
Prior to his tenure at A2Z, Yoshito worked for nearly a decade at Bureau of Translation Services as a translator, editor, as well as a project manager. Yoshito has a bachelor’s degree in English from Takushoku University, in Tokyo, Japan and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Temple University. His native language is Japanese, and he is fluent in English.
